Us mamas need each other to navigate this journey of motherhood.
Each offering of Virtual Village includes mindfulness practices and a sharing circle to support you on your transformative journey of motherhood.
The sharing circle includes sharing your current struggle and your current strength along your pregnancy or parenthood journey. We listen with ears and hearts wide open, judgement aside. We listen, we listen, we listen. A few gentle suggestions may pop up here and there, yet in general we listen or relate for a safe and intimate space together.
Suitable for expectant mamas, postpartum mamas, and mamas with toddlers.

Mama Gathering ~ Gather together and share your experiences in your role as an expectant mama or mama to your baby or toddler.
Tell fellow mamas about your struggles, yet also take note of your strengths. This is a casual monthly gathering to connect with fellow mamas. Feel free to bring any questions regarding resources and Rebecca is happy to assist you with finding who can best support you!

Join me and YOUR mama tribe to connect and grow together! Your birth and parenthood experience will be life changing. Let's prep for your best birth and parenthood outcome together. Gentle yoga and mindfulness practices will be explored. Consider it to be a mommy & me experience centered around mama care so that self-love can be the foundation for your family.
Mamas w Toddlers
Suitable for ALL of you! Best if big babies or toddlers are cared for during class so mama can soak up the offering! Young babies (e.g. up to 8 months) are welcome to be alongside mama.
Connect, Move, and Bond with baby.
Grow inside and out.
First, we move through a series of movements together (i.e. gentle yoga) and then we discuss current sensations, feelings, and thoughts regarding pregnancy and parenthood. We build community and help to facilitate openness and vulnerability together. I connect mamas to resources as desired regarding pregnancy and postpartum care.
