Permission to Pause ~ Gentle Yoga


An opportunity to pause, come into your body and your heart while stepping into presence and connection mid-week.  Give yourself the gift of slowing down, being together in community, and having a visit with yourself.   Notice the sensations, emotions, thoughts, and images as you slow down your movements.  Practice self-compassion along the way. Consider this a gentle yoga offering and mom self-care.


Both strength and mobility practices are offered throughout our time together, focusing on sustainability of practice (i.e., healthy movement of joints and ranges of motion) to give your body a nice variety of movement to complement your day-to-day movement patterns. Evening movement after bedtime is ideal yoga for moms.


This mindful movement yoga offering is suitable for beginners, as well as intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners looking to explore muscular engagement and joint mobility.

All in all, Permission to Pause is a gift to yourself, allowing you to be in your body and be with others in presence.  A beautiful way to slow down, move with love, and connect with yourself and others. Come join for accessible yoga for every body.
