Interested in hearing from mamas about their experience in Parent Coaching?
Supporting families in creating positive changes while deepening their bond...
Maybe your little one is experiencing behavioral issues or a behavior problem at home or in the community. Or you may be feeling somewhat disconnected with your little one, perhaps wanting them to listen more, or finding yourself not being as patient and calm as you would like.
I help families with a variety of concerns as it relates to your young child, such as listening skills, sibling jealousy, morning routines, mealtime behavior, toilet skills, functional communication, social skills, and bedtime routines.
In addition, I support mothers in caring for themselves while caring for a young child. Know that within working with how you are relating to your child, there may be a focus on how you relate to yourself, your partner, and the world. This work can be deep and rich with personal growth.
With a strong family foundation, realistic expectations of parenthood, and a loving way to relate to and be with your child, you and your family can thrive!
I support mamas and families in fostering a loving and caring environment in their home with their toddler or young child up to 6 years of age.
With decades of experience supporting families in an intimate way as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Maternal Support Group Facilitator & Parenthood Coach, I serve families with practical parenthood tools, providing suggestions for a more easeful and connected family experience at home and in the community.
I hold my Masters degree in Psychology and bring evidence-based practical tools to our sessions together. Additionally, I have supplemented my behavioral training with a strong dose of heart-centered foundations, including adult attachment styles, positive parenting, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness. I support the whole family and understand the transformation into motherhood, with my knowledge and compassion of Perinatal Mental Health, holding space for the wide range of experiences and feelings.
Think of me as a parenting coach with evidence-based practices and a big dose of heart and soul.
Most families stay with me for 2 to 4 months, depending on their needs and family dynamics. You can learn and grow so much in a short period of time!
I work locally with families in Placerville and surrounding areas such as Cameron Park, El Dorado Hills, and Folsom. I also offer coaching sessions virtually for families at a distance or if virtual is preferred.
